A Message from the Grand Master—
Welcome! It is our pleasure to have you view our website. It is my honor and privilege to serve as Nevada’s 144th Grand Master. It is my hope that you find many interesting things on our site. If you are in our jurisdiction visiting I invite you to stop by any one of our Lodges and get a firsthand look at our Nevada hospitality. Also, you will be able to enjoy some outstanding degree work. Our masons work very hard to support our Lodges and our community. We are 150 plus years strong and we look forward to many more year of Masonry in Nevada.
Hope your holidays were joyful, safe and a blessed time for all! As we enter into the 2016, let us all look to improving Masonry in Nevada. We will be kicking off the new year with GMOV’S in the Southern end of the state and I look forward to spending time with my brethren. My message will be short and to the point. I will then open it up for a Q&A session for any brother who has any concerns. As a reminder the Grand Lodge serves you! Look forward to seeing you on the road.

It is my sad duty to report that Most Worshipful Dan I. Newman, Grand Master of Masons in Nevada 2015, laid down his working tools on January 11th, 2016, his work was not finished and his column is broken. God’s finger touched him and he slept.
The memorial service will be held at the Masonic Memorial Temple on Sunday January 31st, 2016 at 1pm. The service is open to the public. The Grand Lodge of Nevada will open at 11am in the Main Lodge Room before the public service.
Please continue to respect the family’s privacy for the time being during this difficult time. The family has requested, in lieu of flowers, donations be made to Southern Nevada DeMolay in his honor.
